We facilitate by the hour technical trouble shooting and repair with an emphasis on setting up your workstation or network in such a way that you never have to come back for the same problem twice. 

We pick up the ball where others drop it. We assume that every IT problem you are having requires our solutions, which may mean managing the solution with the appropriate additional companies if the problem cannot be fixed using our internal resources.

More specifically we set up a contingency for workstations, i.e. in the event of 3 or more errors on any one workstation it is more likely cost and time effective to reformat the hard drive and reinstall software than to trouble shoot and not fix all of the problems or even worse, have the same problem recur. We also offer a retainer of services, which allows clients to clearly budget all of their technical services with a flat rate inclusive contract. Many clients have had their set up fees included in the contingency price to be spread out over the course of the contract.
